Scooter's Coffee - Lincoln

Here at 5:40 and they are closed: sign in window says close to 8 so not sure why

Usually a great, convenient location for me but recent staff changes have really tanked this place. Whenever the short girl is working the line comes to an absolute crawl. *20* minutes for a latte and a drip coffee??? There were 12 cars in line behind us. Are you growing the coffee beans in there? Figure it out guys, if I am paying almost 30$ for an order at a drive through kiosk I shouldn't be waiting that long for some freaking coffee. I'm going to havw to start going to a different location that's out of my way because that would be faster than the current service here.

I was denied when i asked for butterscotch with caramel for literally no reason. They do in fact have both butterscotch and caramel right now and all the years prior I have been able to order butterscotch until they were out of the syrup. If it's any discrepancy in the price I would gladly overpay but I was flatly denied.

Great food,great service. Took no time to get our food. Place was very clean.

It's alright. The prices are pretty damn high for what you order but then again all these coffee places are like that.
