Absolutely amazing service, took our order and helped us with our Hotel address. Delivery was fast and Pizza was exactly as ordered. Prompt and very nice and helpful staff. Thank you all so so much

I called to ask a few questions. The gentleman that answered was polite and respectful. He kept a very relaxed and mellow tone. His language was appropriate. He presented great service over the phone. I didn't buy anything, not because I wouldn't but because the phone call was regarding someone who couldn't call and they needed information. Maybe shortly ill order something from this establishment!!

Great philly cheese steak pizza and fast delivery, I just wish I was actually called or texted as I requested when they show up being as I can't hear my door. I left my number as a delivery note because the application won't allow me put in my new cell number and it save it to my profile.

I give them 5 stars simply for the customer service! My pizza was made wrong and when I called they immediately put me on the phone with a manager, and had my pizza remade. Just appreciate GOOD CUSTOMER! GM Sam deserve a Raise! Thanks again!

I ordered a pizza for pick up from home. The restaurant said it would be ready in 20 minutes so I arrived right on time. The manager, Sam, was busy handling a phone call when I got there. Despite this, he acknowledged me and made sure my pizza was being taken care of. He then proceeded to address another customer who had a complaint. Throughout all of this, Sam remained calm and professional, even though the restaurant was very busy and hectic. My pizza ended up taking longer than expected, but Sam apologized and offered something extra for the inconvenience. I was impressed by how well he handled multiple complaints and tasks at once without getting overwhelmed. Sam's great customer service and professional demeanor make him a valuable manager. I hope the owner recognizes and rewards his hard work. If not, they are truly missing out.
