Bidrage med feedbackThe manager and the personal are not professional and experienced to satisfy their costumer. a product found in a waterglass and brought to its attention, no one took it seriously. there were eating on the floor and tables were not clean at all. some of the seats are dirty and broken/burned. i.e. was reported.
We were from the city and looking for a place to have a Thanksgiving menu. eating was okay, but the service was the worst. our server, who conveniently didn't wear a name tag, had the worst in mind. first I thought it could be due to a large group next to us that it also served. but the last stumbled for me when she had thrown the teller of my life before him on the table and then left when she murmured to know if we needed something else. she didn't come back to check us out. I finally had to find another server so that we could just get our neck and go. I made sure that she understood exactly why we were upset with the service level she provided. I'm not back.
With some hardships between the employees it was still nice. our food sat 15 minutes in the window because of these difficulties, but when our food came, it was hot and delicious. will be definitiw return food: 5/5
Near 10. it was said that it would wait until the new server arrived. I was good. I have time to watch the menu. I did not get the menu or even a water until the new server came there and was immediately told that the new server had to give the previous server a trip to the house and several others with a server. the chef came out and turned around 15-20 people away and it sounded even as he locked the door. the condition of the herren room and several ceiling tiles on the dinning area had a lot of water damage, even the stall door was broken and held by duct tape. I wondered if this was a good choice because of the maintenance problems I saw. the eating was good, but not what I ordered and had to be corrected.
Was very busy during visit. Took over 45 minutes for food to be brought to the table. For a comparable menu unit item, Village Inn is about $5-7 less expensive.Parking: Parking is an issue if restaurant is busy. It looks like there are only enough spaces to handle approximately 75% of occupancy.
