They gave us the first. we waited for almost 10 minutes until they gave us the attention. we might have come a little late, but we still pay customers. they did not even give us the full order. service: 1/5

We love going here. it is quick and easy. Good food. Kids love the chicken strip baskets. And then the blizzards. So many options. And it is on the way home. Staff is always nice and when we do go in, the place looks clean.

Ordered small Heath blizzard plain hamburger patty (no bun, no condiments). Ready quickly, prepared correctly. Drive-thru server was helpful and courteous. I do think $4.49 for a plain hamburger patty is a little pricey. Otherwise, a good snack.

We were had been on the road for hours when we stopped for gas and lunch. We stopped at another fast food restaurant in the area, and left after finding out the drive through was open but not the restaurant; it was locked. When we got to DQ, I went in to order and use the restroom. I waited at the counter while one employee cleaned tables and another worked behind the counter. I waited for several minutes before realizing I was being ignored, so I used the restroom and left. We never got to eat lunch after this.

Horrible. First, my wife and I agreed that the toilets were cleaner than the sinks. Half of the tables were dirty. It took 20 minutes to get your ice cream. The people after us got their ice cream prior to us. Booths were falling apart, I was only there 40 minutes. What a mess.
