The Tequila Shrimp Tacos were the absolute best shrimp tacos we’ve ever had. The Paloma and Margarita were top notch was well.

Gluten free options that taste amazing!!! The salad was perfect and big! My daughter even loved her kids menu meal.

Copal is the best Mexican food in Lincoln. Hands down. End of discussion. The menu is creative and authentic. The drinks are well made. The pricing is more than reasonable. Everything is absurdly delicious and beautifully presented. TRY IT IF YOU HAVEN'T! Also, shout out to our amazing server Agustin. He was incredible!

Went in around Noon on Saturday. Cool feel to it. I liked the presentation of the place, not a lot of crazy stupid **** on the walls. I had the Mexicano with a side of rice and jalapeño poppers. It was freaking amazing! The presentation of the food was 10/10. Taste was 10/10, and service was 10/10. I drove by one day and said to myself I needed to try that place. Asked around, only found one person that has been there and they freaking loved it too. Plenty of parking and felt really clean. Would recommend!
