Colby Ridge Popcorn Ice Cream - Lincoln

Was super craving some mint chip icecream so I stopped by on the way back home to satiate my craving. I dig the decor. Employees were polite. Ice cream was, as always yum yums. The only gripe I have is that slightly less than half the tables were occupied, and not one of the available open spots was clean. We just grabbed some napkins and cleaned one off for ourselves though no big deal.

Such delicious ice cream! Even the kiddie cup gives a generous portion. I appreciate how clean the ice cream area is kept. And the young ladies serving me are always polite and friendly.

Would have been 5 stars, several dirty tables and loud music knocked off a star.

Best popcorn ever, the flavored ones are amazing! My family came to visit from out of state, they went nuts in Colby Ridge! My mom bought tons of stuff!!!!!
