Chili's Grill - Lincoln

I've never been to a chili before. eating was really good and the waitress was wonderful. I was just surprised how long that was waiting, there were some completely empty sections. food: 5/5

Was here three years ago, terrible service on that visit, ordered drinks, one was wrong, ordered an appetizer, got the wrong appetizer, then talked to the manager and left after being ignored for 45 minutes. Came back today, hoping things had improved; they had not. Waited 15 minutes before we even got seated, waited another 15 minutes before we saw a waitress. After ordering it took 20 minutes to just get the appetizer we ordered. And it was the wrong one. Waitress was able to fix it quickly, and we paid and left. Afterwards, we went to my sister’s house and told her about the very slow service. She told me that this particular chilis has a reputation of terrible service with the locals and that she doesn’t know how it’s still in business.

Food not that great anymore! Not the same quality! Burger was really dry, not as ordered, they overcharged us. Was really slow given only us and another table. Queso was scorched and not even the same. Disappointed!!

We ordered take out from Chili's yesterday for lunch. The Ribs were great, very meaty, but the loaded mashed potatoes were gummy, and the Steamed Broccoli was brown and if it was steamed it was only for a few seconds. It was more wilted from being old than it was tender from being steamed.

I just ordered delivery from this restaurant and one of my items arrived partially eaten. A bite had been taken out of one of my burgers. It makes me think they are clearing tables in the restaurant, then reusing the food for other orders rather than throwing it away.
