Peony Court - Limerick

According to their EDT it says 60 minutes. Two hours later we received our food. Completely unhappy and disatisfied

Horrible reheated chicken in all of the food we ordered, what is it with these lousy Irish asian take-aways and precooked meat?. Anyone who gives this place 5 stars knows nothing about food!

So I made myself a promise, after being insulted and served rotten food, I swore never again. I did the unthinkable, after a period of time I let my guard down and got a take out. Here's my account. The staff were friendly but yet again, the manager who took my payment was supremely rude. She spoke to me like I was a annoyance. The food was poor, most of this I think is reheated. It comes out way to quick. The meat was chewy and tough. The rice portion was half empty and something which I've seen before and continues, clearly, to be a problem is the prawn crackers are stale. I paid 2.50 for a bag of stale prawn crackers, this place is gone to the dogs (figuratively speaking). Such a big city with so many great restaurants. The peony court used to be one of them. Standards have dropped hugely, salt, poor food, bad attitude. Experience it yourself at your cost!

A great regular destination for us before the cinema. Delicious food. Friendly staff. Lovely wine. Delightful service.
