Bidrage med feedbackMoll’s Fish and Chips offers a gluten-free beer, which is paired with a flavorful tartar sauce. They assured me that all sides and dips are gluten-free and that a separate fryer is used for gluten-free items. While I have some concerns about cross-contamination, the food truck is quite small and many of their dishes contain flour, so I don't feel overly sensitive to gluten. If there were any cross-contamination, I might not notice it. When I inquired about a milk-free option, I was informed that the garlic sauce contains milk because it’s made with mayonnaise, which is actually made from eggs, not milk. This raised some doubts for me about the milk-free options, so I decided not to press further. In terms of taste, everything was delicious, and the staff were lovely.
Moll's Fish and Chips serves a gluten-free beer-battered hake and chips accompanied by mushy peas and tartare sauce. They reassured me that all the sides and dips are gluten-free and that a separate fryer is used for gluten-free items. However, I do have some concerns about cross-contamination, considering the food truck is quite small and many of the dishes contain flour-based ingredients. I'm not particularly sensitive to gluten, so I might not notice minor contamination. When I inquired about dairy-free options, I learned that the garlic sauce contains milk because it’s made with mayonnaise, which is actually made from eggs, not milk. This didn’t inspire much confidence regarding dairy-free items, so I decided not to pursue it further. On the positive side, the food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly.
