Javinos Caffe - Limerick

My friend and I had a great breakfast with excellent friendly service. The poached eggs with avocado on sourdough and the bacon and cream cheese bagel were so tasty.

The worst service I've ever had. Manager/owner needs training on how to treat customers. Very unpleasant experience and would not return.

On the day I visited your cafe I was told that you had no gluten free bread rolls etc in stock . I except your rocky roads weee made locally but I didn’t want a snack. I also didn’t like or want the salad that was a available. If you say your sandwiches can be made gluten free if requested it would make sense to ensure you have gluten free bread in stock. My companions had a sandwich, bap and wrap. To be fair they enjoyed them. I however did not have anything to eat. It’s not fair to say in your reply that I could of had a gluten free option when you didn’t have it in stock. So yes I still say as I coeliac I was hungry because all that was available was a rocky road or a salad I did not like.

My friends and I used to coffee at Javinos but made a conscious to leave as staff were so unfriendly. Went back again last week, no change! Staff were so rude and acted as if they were doing us a favour!

2.95 for a can of coke? No thanks. The floor was filthy under the tables and it wasn't busy so no excuse. The 2 staff members were stood chatting behind the counter rather than sweep the floors or clear anyone's table who had finished their lunch. Their pancakes are 2 thin crepes (already made out of a packet in my opinion) reheated with a drizzle of syrup and nothing else, no fruit on the side no presentation, nothing. And like a previous review said the staff showed zero interest in engaging with customers. Ive been here a few times but I'll go elsewhere it's gone downhill big time.
