Our second day in greece we went to this beach. We were 4 people, paid for 4 sunbeds. We had with us 2 cans of beer from the outside. The manager came to us with an extremely agressive attitude, and with a complete lack of diplomacy started yelling at us, loudly and publicly, that either we buy at least 3 products from them or they’ll kick us out. The situation would have been understandable if the manager (heavily tattooed and agressive) would have explained this calmly and diplomatically. Unfortunatelly, after yelling at us for a couple of minutes and threatening that he’ll kick us out, we spent 50 euros (and the day before 100 euros at the mediocre restaurant) and decided that for the next 6 days we’ll go to other beaches in the area. Could use some client service training.
