The handful of times I've been here the service has been terrible, staff is rude and lazy in how they make their sandwiches, and my orders are almost always wrong in some way. I get that working food service sucks sometimes; at least pretend to care about what you're doing once in a while. If you guys don't like your jobs, go find somewhere else to work. If the owner doesn't care or want to run the business, sell it to someone who does. Coming from someone who works in food service, I promise you that it shows in the quality of your product.
So, do y'all just get to make whatever you feel like when you get online orders? All I've ever heard from others is the order is never correct. I figured I'd give it a chance and they weren't lying. Not to mention that it took over an hour for my food to arive. It's embarrassing. I'd recommend ordering anywhere else for a meal.
The workers were probably frazzled, but not very enthusiastic people skills. But, we were under a tornado watch severe thunderstorm so I'm sure that effected them. I guess not everybody can be hyper people friendly like me. ?
I went to pay for my order and asked for the UNOH discount and was told the new owners don't do that anymore, also the price was $2 more than usual before the discount and I was fine with that and paid and was talking to the respectable employee behind the counter and learned that the new owners took away employee meals. And now that isn't okay to me. Once I learned that I could tell that all the other employees are not talking to each other and overall the atmosphere is way down from what it once was. Hopefully the Scum that bought this Subway learns what it takes to make it enjoyable to go here.
I placed an order on the app and it glitched out saying that there was an error and I tried calling the store to figure it out but they aren't accepting phone calls rn and I want my money back that you charge me
