Little Caesars Pizza - Lima

Called to order a pizza and there is no way to order over the phone. It's the 21st century!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Had to wait half an hour. Kept forgetting my order, repeatedly had to remind them of my order. Seemed like the employees were goofing off rather than working when there was a huge line in the drive thru and people waiting inside. Would not recommend this Little Caesar’s, at least after 3pm

Maybe you guys should hire some help. Just spent 10 mins in line, no one came to the window finally just drove off.

I was in this little ceasers about 6:15pm to 6:45pm ish today (4/13/24). I ordered two orders of crazy puffs and a garlic butter. The waiting area was pretty full and one of the people in there happened to be a doordash driver who looked like he’d been there for a while. There was one lady who was working the window and she seemed to be doing most of the work to be done. She seemed stressed and instead of helping her, her coworkers were in the back on their phones, dancing, laughing, talking, doing anything but working. She was super helpful and nice and made sure we got what we needed. Thank you to her and to her coworkers, try harder. It sucks to be the only one doing something. And I will add that we were served before the doordash driver who had been sitting there.

Nothing against the employees but I went to go pick up some pizzas from the Cable location and it took 45 mins to get my pizza out. I can’t blame the employees because there were only 3 people working and a line of 20+ cars. Props to the employees for staying calm and getting all the orders out though. Shame on management for this, either raise pay or hire more employees.
