Absolute increíble! Lo mejor comida que he tenido en... Años... En serio. Y no es demasiado costoso. Lo tienes que visitar! ABSOLUTELY incredible! The best food I eat in... years... seriously. And it's not too expensive, definitely worth the visit. Honestly, what they do with the fusion of japonese and Peruvian food is unreal nigiri with ground red corn seeds up?! Salmon shoots that smoke on a smoker with a hot coal?! Andr Dessert a sesame seed ice cream on a plate with dehydrated black tea leaves (I think? Maybe sesame leaves? Drizzled with a pineapple honey... A must for all those who appreciate food in Lima.
