At Le Glaz this was something made in detail that the so-called specialties were revisited to the Breton: replace the welsh beer with cider or add black wheat to the croquettes to get delicious dishes. A map worked and a very welcoming staff. We recommend!

I came on a Tuesday night out of curiosity. Be a Breton on leave in Lille. I wanted to test this small restaurant combining Breton cuisine and lilloises tradition! I took a gravlax in the entrance with black wheat blinis. A real delight! My companion took an excellent quality coconut egg. Then I enjoyed myself with mussels at the Guéméné wet. And my darling with a pig parmentier. We thank Cheffe Adeline and Edgar's waiter for a nice evening. This restaurant located in the old Lille really deserves to be known!!!
