We chose the restaurant GEORGES V to celebrate Julien 's birthday, who was celebrating his 40th birthday. As big fans of Welsh, we had heard about the famous Welsh from the North, and we were not disappointed! The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and friendly, perfect for a special celebration. The service was impeccable, with staff attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Let 's move on to the main course the long awaited welsh. The chef of the Georges V has been able to magnify this emblematic dish of the North with exceptional mastery.
