Very clean fresh friendly staff pickup on line order always asked valid customer payment ID because due to many fraud that is normal no issues for me

Whoever made my order was probably on drugs or something

Worst experience at any subway ever. They're cheap on the vegetables they put in your sandwich (6 slices of cucumber and 4 tomatoes for a footlong?! , I only asked for 4 different veggies and had to constantly tell them to fill in the gaps in my sandwich. Bought the combo with cookies, noticed 2 minutes after I left that they didn't give me my cookies so I turned around and went back. Girl proceeded to call me a liar and said no to giving me back what I paid for! I am utterly shocked at how bad I was treated and regret giving them any money. Please

Ordered online, staff asked to see the card which I used to place my order for whatever reason. Since I used the mobile app, I didn't have that card on me. They refused to give me my order and told me they had to refund me.
