Mcdonald's

This is an extremely busy location, so taking that into consideration I'd say they're probably doing the best that they can but the wait was so long. We stopped in and ordered a couple double cheeseburgers, no drinks, no fries, nothing crazy and waited close to 30 minutes. Or it felt that long, anyway. My friend also had to use the washroom which is reasonable when we had to wait half an hour for our food and he was told that they'd lost the key. I assume they may not want people in a busy downtown location using the bathroom (or maybe they really lost the key??? but not having access to a bathroom at a sit down food establishment isn't a great look. Burgers were 10/10 as always though!

Saw that McDonald's here in Montreal has the KitKat McFlurry so we HAD To drop by after dinner on the way back to hotel. Excellent McFlurry. Wait was pretty long tho. Seemed a bit chaotic in there it was also prime time on a hot weekend night.

Holy moly this McDonald's is crazy busy. I ordered and ended up waiting 30 mins for my food. Not only that, when I was here, there was an incident where the police had to be called. Luckily the police station is within walking distance. Super slow service.!!!!! I ordered the McDouble and it was good. Tasted like most McDonald's the burger was a good size

This is the stupidest restraint in existan e, I do not recommend, we were ona. Road trip and it was GRUBBY.

For a busy downtown location, this place is pretty well managed. One one occasion they put cream in my iced coffee instead of milk, and were attentive to my feedback and replaced it with little hesitation. On another occasion, I got my first dollar cone (which I mentioned) and they made a really nice one for me. Small but nice gesture. That's a five!
