Bidrage med feedbackThe food is great! Careful it's on the spicier side. The service is great.
Would give a zero star if I could.1) They accept cash or debit only, but they don't tell you in advance or write it out somewhere. Then they ask you to e-transfer them. Feels like a great way to cheat the taxes. I don't even get the receipt, they just give out a number with the tips and all included and you have to pay.2) Most of the food on the menu are not available.3) We ordered two dishes and waited for an hour and a half, almost until their closing time, to start eating. It was not even a busy day.4) The lamb soup is way too overpriced and doesn't taste good. We tried one sip and give up on it.5) I called in advance, got hang up twice.Edit: To response from owner. Yes this is the right place. We ate there a month or so ago (first week of April), wrote the review now because we were asked about how it was from a friend, and sadly the bad memory came back (why do I have to explain this anyway). As for the waiting time of your soup, I don't know why it took that long, but it did. The waiting time for your chicken plate alone took more than 40 minutes that day.Again, I confirm this is the right place. Please don't get defensive and accept a bad review as it is.
Not a deep menu but the noodles are great and so is the big chicken dish. Authentic Uighur food is pretty hard to find in Montreal and this is probably the best.
Authentic north-western Chinese restaurant. Meade sure you call in advance to reserve your order. They may run out of the good stuff very fast.
Order the big plate chicken, it was good. The stir fried noodle is good too. Cold noodle is ok, the flavor is more northwestern than the cold noodles in Xi’an.
