Le Café Du Marché

Great little spot at the end of the Jean talon market with some amazing options! Wanted a quick little pick me up and as well something to cool me off during the summer. Opted for an affogato and it definitely hit the spot! The espresso was nice and strong but balanced off well with the ice cream. Love the addition of the little tri chocolate pearls giving that little extra crunch Service was awesome! Could tell they were nearing the end of the day, but still happily helped! One of the best omelettes I've had in a long time. This is a perfect spot to dine when going to the market.

If you are Asian avoid this place. I was just there and ordered a vItre crepe, it was badly burnt the apple on the top is cold and it costs 20 dollars. They don’t have regular coffee so I was just given a expresso with hot water. The place was badly managed and despite I ordered everything in French they continuously speak English back to me just because I am Asian. I will not recommend anyone to eat at this place and I felt super annoyed by their attitude.

Very friendly staff and the chicken sandwich was delicious. Will definitely stop by again my next trip too the market.
