Ellis Gourmet Burger - Liege

Good, but maybe some flavored in tartaric acid is missing to be perfect

During my first visit on Sunday evening at ellis burger à liège (I did not have any other choices) I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the map proposed for vegetarians: 4 burgers available including one created by greenway! portobello portobello, goat cheese, grilled vegetables, tarragon mayonnaise, red onions crazy red veggie by greenway burger of red peppers soy, young spinach, rocket, pecan roots, mayonaise with lemon fresh carrot burger, caviar of aubergines, tandoori sauce, ginger marinated, lettuce, onion The burgers were delicious! I had already tried bruxelles burger ellis (flagueï) and curiously, the same burgers were much less good and less well prepared. Really friendly, personally I was there with a large group and they organized a large place only for us and there are so many possibilities from vegan burger to normal burger to parmesan churros (they must try them! and cocktails and a really comftabel restaurant

I enjoy the vegan options here! there are not many options, but the ones they offer are excellent! the cauliflower wings are delicious as an appetizer or at least starving. the outstanding burger is also available and the staff is beautiful!

Fantastic service, good eating and perfect timing! super effort made by the waitress to put an additional table on the terrace! well done
