I'm sorry to say that my recent experience at this restaurant was anything but satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were several aspects that affected my visit and not in a positive way. Upon arrival I had high expectations because of the promising menu and the cozy atmosphere. However, my disappointment already started when I placed the order. The waiter seemed to be in a hurry and made an obvious mistake when writing down my pizza order. As a result, it took significantly longer for my food to finally arrive. As the waiting time piled up, after a while I decided to ask the waiter where my order was. To my surprise I received no apology for the inconvenience nor was there any clear communication about the delay. This lack of transparency and customer service was very disappointing. When my pizza finally arrived, I wasn't as excited as I was at first. The taste was good and the presentation too. I was hoping for a delicious meal, but unfortunately this was not the case. I understand that restaurants can make mistakes, but how they handle those mistakes is key. The lack of apology and communication about the delay seriously tarnished my experience. All in all, I cannot recommend this eatery due to the disappointing service and lack of customer focus. Hopefully they will improve their service in the future so that other guests don't have to experience the same disappointment. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We ordered a steak and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was €15 and the steak €18. Now I never have high expectations of camping restaurants but this really beat everything. The cheeseburger was cooked but cold inside. Really ice cold. This can only mean one thing. The burgers are only heated from the freezer. For €15 this is really a travesty. The steak only deserved the name bubble gum. Really so terribly tough. We returned both plates and still had to pay Coperto (use of crockery) Better go around the corner to a place called Giro's. €5 for a cheeseburger that is freshly grilled in front of you and is delicious. The 4th ate for 100€, stomach ache all night. The taste was also very weak. My daughter's burgers like cardboard. My little daughter's schnitzel from the freezer and completely over salted. My fish was undercooked and very watery. So I understand the bad recessions very well. Staff was nice.
