Costa Coffee - Lichfield

Came to costa for a coffee and cake, as we do most of the weekends at different places. ordered extra hot thin lattes, they were tepid. the rasberry and mandel was far away from fresh, so returned to the counter where I stood, while a superior. was searched that came out and over paperwork intentionally to determine when the cake was pulled out. finally agreed to give me another piece of cake from the farthest distant end of the tablet. I'm not hard for a £2.00 piece of cake, which by the way was bitten only in one end. have they respect for their customers enjoy their journey into their facility without the third degree. I have been very advised for their own use, as I am sure that they are made proud of in good food and service....oh and the kind and wise the cutlery was provided. a huge failure of this cache costa an will not visit this again. I'm sorry.

I came today with my friend in costa and she asked for a caramel latte as takeaway, the girl on the time to ask her already answered, they finally began to make her drink and the girl dong the drink began to do it. as eating, do not take away as she asked, so we rolled her and she rolled her eyes and chip the drink in the Takeaway-Cup spilling it everywhere, including all the cup and beaten. this lady was rude, careless and looked like to turn to customers. I had a bad experience. I will not return, the woman should be released for the service she gave today. the

That was my second visit and I found it pretty good. I had a roasted sandwich and coffee. average costa fayre. good personal and cleanliness.

I met some friends for coffee in the early morning. service was good coffee was good. many sounds so hard to communicate. it was clean.

Served by the rudest man I have ever come across today in Lichfield Tesco branch of Costa. Luckily, the manageress came over to apologise on his behalf. Won’t be hurrying back but the manageress was lovely (and equally mortified!
