I was on this farm with my girl for dinner. the structure, which also has rooms for overnight stay, is located in apella, a small fraction of the village of licciana nardi, perched on the apennines of lunigiana. the interior is wide with many tables, during the summer season there are also outdoor seats. the decor is in rural style but well maintained. we took an appetizer with typical products to divide that we found delicious, with combinations of delicious flavors. I continued with some chestnut dumplings seasoned with cheese fondue, pumpkin flowers and speck. the dish was fabulous, really delicious. second I opted for a local cut cooked on the terracotta text with lard and cherry tomatoes. I found the sublime meat, a kitchen and a fantastic cut for the palate. I also wanted to try fried mushrooms, dish of the day, which were excellent. to conclude I took the ice cream with chestnut flour that I found very good and very particular. We took two bottles of water and a quarter of red wine. the final price of the dinner was honest considering the high quality of raw materials and the generosity of the dishes.
On the restaurant: young staff but very prepared and courteous, the dinner was based on porcini mushrooms, excellent and at honest prices. on the farm: we found the clean room with comfortable mattresses and a pretty large and complete bathroom, the apella village then is really lovely. Ultimately recommended, very high standards and attention to detail, we will definitely return.
