Le Bistrot de L'Isle - Libourne

Nice meal, I had taken the risotto of langoustines. Not bad at all, rice would have just deserved a little more cooking. a gourmet coffee very greedy, not disappointed!On the other hand, only flats the ringing of the phone that screams at every call for reservations. Not great!

Despite a warm welcome and little attention for our daughter in order to take care of her, the dishes were not very appreciated. I think this restaurant has to work very well at noon, but at night, unfortunately. We were alone! I was able to play hide-and-seek with my daughter without disturbing anyone:-) we will certainly try again a noon to not scratch this restaurant definitely from our list! The dishes were barely warmed (my saint-jacques were too few for me to realize it), there was no more bun for the lost bread (which was said by the passing was seriously lacking in greed), the cauliflowers were not good. A memorable birthday dinner!

After a little scrambled welcome, the boss then the waitress came in turn to ask us if we wanted to drink the aperitif - without taking a card- in less than 5 minutes. After taking our menu order, there was no more what we had asked. and the boss didn't know what to propose to us - come without a card - in short it was a little laborious, but we ended up eating in a correct way. it is noted that we stayed late enough and that there was no sign of impatience from the restaurateurs. We hope that next time it will be better. )-:

Very good reception, the waitu(s)rs are very effective. the dishes are well presented and delicious. the room is large which allows to have the tables well spaced and preserves the confidentiality of conversations. It is open on a beautiful park with views of the isle. the furniture is comfortable and the current decoration. the terrace remains to be refined by flowering the gardeners ...

We arrive at 1pm, a mother's day Sunday, we wait 3/4 hour for the map and this without water on the table. the menus are two in this particular day, two choices per dishes, so it should be rather fast on the kitchen side..que neni! We are brought what we believe to be our entries but we are removed because of table error.. we only had our entries at the end of an hour and a half, served in canteen plates (to go with paper towels of type wipe-all and the canteen atmosphere of the room layout.) and yet the manager adds tables to welcome new customers! It must also be added that the appetizer was laborious, order scramblers-wrong written on the order form, then said- we even thought to leave after it.. by excessive politeness we stayed, great evil took us! The menu offered a "steak of tuna to the sesame", ordered rosé, I only had an ultra cooked tuna steak and.. to the parsley! the duck magret was clearly in the box, accompanied by three fries and large salad leaves!the dessert (which we were first announced with a waiting of 15 minutes to pass the other tables first) that was to be a pavlova strawberry, had only the strawberries (and not in the best condition) of name, the meringue having deserted in the view of the sketch that is it! So we stayed in all and for every 3h for a quality of the mediocre (freezed profiteroles,etc) and for a salted addition: 33 euros the menus! a family is even gone without paying since the plate of the menu was equivalent to that of the child menu.The only flat comes from the young server who did what he could to pick up the broken pots! and expressing my comments to the manager at the time of paying, this one found nothing else to say that "it's your opinion." and yes, it's my opinion: "change your trade!"
