Dunkin' - Libertyville

There was a wait. I purchased ice cream and a muffin.

Got a coupon for a buck off any drink except Expresso from Sunset Foods. Ordered Chai Latte (tea) and Manager said coupon was no good because he had all Lattes listed on his display board under the heading of Expresso. Tried to explain that this was tea, not expresso, but NO, the display board is never wrong! I guess that dollar is more important to him than honoring the coupon and accomadating a customer.

After calling a different dunkin' and getting no help I called this dunkin' to place a large order of coffee and donuts. They were super helpful and friendly and when I picked up the order had everything fresh and ready. I will definitely return to this one!

Suggestion: either wear gloves when you put the lids on coffee cups or at least wash all the perfume/cologne off your hands before work. I only want to smell coffee while I'm taking a sip.

Let me start by saying i love dunkin. But this location has made me so scared to grab my drink form them in the morning. The woman at the window is rude and even pretends she can't hear you on the intercom. Claims i can't use rewards when i have them on the app. I try to avoid coming here as it give me anxiety. This is the worst coffe stop i've ever gone too but it being so close to work sometimes to. I never get a receipt and it's probably because she wasn't applying my rewards. Avoid this location. There was one time i went a new women was at the window and she was friendly and didn't ruin my morning. Keep her up at the window!
