This is my favorite Chinese restaurant! Real dishes, delicious, quality, nicely served with a really pleasant waiter. We go there regularly. We have never been disappointed. I highly recommend !
Hello, being a frequent traveler having been to more than 75 countries including Asian countries, I am really very surprised by the taste quality of the dishes that I tasted that evening at the panda. We ordered a complete menu for two people plus a main course. of frog leg which was completely saturated with oil at the level of the donut dough impossible to finish I even took photos of it I had to use three napkins which were soaked in oil. In addition, the welcome was really very neglected, the waiter having no sense of humor and we saw him on several occasions smoking cigarettes right next to the people who were eating at the table. I find this totally unacceptable and I will not return. never again in this restaurant I strongly advise against it I am even convinced that the boss will take great pleasure from the comments I have seen on this restaurant to write us an entire book to explain that we are not connoisseurs and we know nothing. The donut east spring roll starter was totally overcooked and saturated with oil. The decoration was non-existent the only thing that we more or less enjoyed was the soup and the dessert where we noticed that the apple fritters were not cooked in the same oil as the savory food. You're already a good one. We nevertheless expressed our concerns and the fact that we explained to the waiter and the waitress that we wanted to speak to the boss but unfortunately the boss was not there we asked to be able to visit the kitchens we were refused. by expressing that they were supposedly going to close soon I think it was a really good excuse and we were not even offered a coffee just to calm things down. When the food is good like at the Chinese restaurant which is located in Chippis which is really a rare gem I advise you to go eat there at Qi Lin very very good food and when you take a huge menu for two people at least there Downstairs we are given trivets with candles and tea lights. At the panda we ordered more than 3 different dishes and we had no food warmer everything was placed on the table very quickly once we received the soup we received the starter directly behind and they served us afterwards the dishes directly on the table without any way of doing things well I find the service really pitiful. On the other hand, totally normal price adapted to the competition. I tell you personally I almost wanted to call the hygiene service but when we saw that the panda restaurant was relatively clean we decided against it. We paid 150 francs and we came back with a sour stomach and a very, very heavy stomach. We took everything to take away and we had to put the trash at home because the next day everything was as tasteless as the evening we ate it. The crispy beef was completely acidic, I'm not even talking about the frog legs anymore, and the shrimp were almost raw and when I asked the waiter to take the dishes back, they assured us that the shrimp had been first cooked in the oven. water then sear in the pan. I really found it hard to believe it and when I saw that they didn't want to take our dishes back I almost wondered if we were leaving without paying and leaving the places on the table. At the end the waiter explained to us that the boss was Swiss and that he was not particularly helpful and given that we were not able to visit the kitchens and that we were not able to chat with the boss because Monsieur was not present. I strongly advise you not to go to this restaurant either we really had bad luck and it's the fault of bad luck or in this case the cook is really very bad in his field the only thing we noticed is that the ravioli were homemade and frozen.
