Wing Zone - Lexington

They were super cool and helpful. they made it so that my man could try every single wing taste and each sauce also marked. definitiw will go back for wings.

Really sad because I have loved wing zone for years. However, we chose to order from them tonight for our anniversary dinner and they left out one of our flavors of wings, which wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't the only flavor my husband likes. I called and politely asked if we could get the missing flavor replaced because I figured it was an easy fix, but they refused to fix the problem for us, even though it was their mistake. Fingers crossed the other location employs people with better customer service and the ability to fill orders correctly because we won't be ordering from this location again.

So I'm highly upset I only ordered from this place like twice maybe ! So yesterday I call 08/07/2022 and I talked to the night shift manager he handled the situation NICELY and supposedly gave me my credit on that account. So I call back today 08/08/2022 to redeem my messed up order and was told I'm banned... I ask the lady how was I banned and she said the managers both said i was banned ... it just doesn't make sense ! Besides all these managers at this store is just rude coming from being a STORE MANAGER myself I would never treat any of my customers or future customers like they talked and treated me. The crazy thing is they come right up to my job and always nice but that could be the non managers not sure but not to mention that I am dollar general right across the street been there for almost 3 years now but they won't have to worry about me anymore I am fully upset with this company and wish they can have a better attitudes. Also whoever above them have a meeting with your managers and tell them fix what needs fixing or get rid of them…business to business, thank you sincerely the asst store manager at dollar general on southland drive.

I like wing zone and never disappointed with taste. but the reason for the 3 stars is because every time I order a drink, they forget it and offer a loan or to be with my drink right away. I'd rather just have the drink that'll be encircled on the acknowledgement. also sometimes the cheese on the frits is not melted. these two things aside, the taste is always good, and they send goods and offers. if their order online and the boneless wings and cheese fries well made, they are much better.

Wings were in order, nothing big, nothing terrible, fries were in order, picking order was on time. the sides are a sweat for the party pack for 5 8 people. 8 tiny celery sticks, 3 dipping sauces (see wings in the image for reference) jumbo coleslaw (rarely small part give them two half-filled small containers.) I usually leave things like this film and have never made a negative contribution. I thought people liked to know what to expect.
