The Cheesecake Factory - Lexington

I went to the only Cheesecake Factory in Lexington last night and my experience sucked. I ordered the pineapple mule, chicken sliders, and buffalo blast. I must say that I was very disappointed. The chicken sliders were very dry. The drink was too sweetand the Buffalo sliders were greasy and did not have too much meat in it. I forced myself to eat because I was so hungry but Ipinched off a lot of crust that did not have meat in it. I will not return to the Cheesecake Factory. I?m surprised they?restill open. However, I will say the waitress was very nice. When I let the waitress know that I was unhappy with my drink, shetold the manager whom removed the drink from the bill, however, it would have been nice if the manager would have came to thetable to apologize so they could find out that the bread was hard and dry also. Instead the nice waiter did apologize. I guessit?s not her fault the chef sucked. It would be nice if management viewed the food before allowing it to touch the customerstable.

I decided to order a cheeseburger and fries for lunch and a few pieces of cheesecake for the family. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was handed my cheesecake and was told that the burger was not done yet. So I waited. The food was brought to me and Ileft. When I got to my office. I put the cheesecake in the fridge and sat down to eat my lunch. As you can see I ordered myburger medium well. I took a bite and found that it was a little more pink then I like. I continued thinking it might be ok. SoI took another bite and saw that it was rare as it could be in the inside. This is unacceptable. Not only because it isn?t whatI wanted but because at the cheesecake you?re paying for the attention to detail. I haven?t been to this location in sometime asI live in a close by city and work in Lexington. I don?t know if I?ll be back for a cheeseburger. The cheesecake is alwaysdelicious.

First time in a Cheesecake Factory, how have I lived in the States for nearly 12 years and never been to one. The food was really good, service was prompt, with no issues being seated without a wait, plenty of seating available at just around 1pm. Wedid feel we had to point out that someone needed to sweep the floors around a recently empty table beside us, just a slip in thechain and was taken care of quickly. The menu had plenty of choices for pretty much anyone's taste. Then there's the desserts ofcourse, the chocolate one we chose between us was very good, my husband loves his chocolate and he wasn't disappointed.

I love The Cheesecake Factory, no matter which state the service is top notch and food is delicious. My fiancee and I are here because she has training for her new position, she never been to Cheesecake Factory and she wanted to give it try and sheenjoyed it very much. Manny was our sever and he was great, made sure our drinks were top off and checked on us often to see ifwe needed anything else. Will definitely come back again since we are here for a week.

In my opinion CCF is not as good as it once was. They have halved the menu, taking off many of our favorites. My food was bland and as always overpriced.
