Starbucks Coffee - Lexington

I get Starbucks almost every day. While this is not my go-to location, I went there recently to get my usual order of an iced matcha latte. I asked if they could make an oat milk foam, as I get the same exact order every single time at the Burlington locations as well as Stoneham and even across Rhode Island. I had literally gotten the same order the day prior, no issues. A girl with pink hair said they ?no longer do that,? but they that they ?used? to. I?m not a fan of confrontation so I let it be. Next day, I get my oat foam with no issues again in Burlington. Drink was fine, just not sure what the deal is with employees lying about not being able to froth up some oat milk lol.

I like Starbucks, this location is convenient to my house. However, the store seems to be always under staffed. I get the same latte every day and I always order ahead. the quality has been inconsistent. Some days, I get a cup that is half full(see picture). It is quite unacceptable for how much it costs.

Delicious iced matcha latte ? right near Minuteman Bike Path for a brief stop and charging your phone. Great vibe.

One of the most efficient Starbucks I have ever seen. Line was incredibly short both times, quick drink turn around times (2-3 minutes)

As a person who works here I must say, coming here as a customer myself is genuinely my favorite thing ever! the staff (my fellow coworkers) are some of the best people even when it?s busy. I have nothing bad to say about this place <3
