Great service and also great tasting! that was my man and my first time through the driveway when we got into the window, I wasn't sure what I ordered. singleton was so nice and friendly. kineshia was great to take the order, I'm sorry if I miss her name. they went back and forth. in these strange times it is so nice to see a smiling face and see people who are nice to customers. many thanks to singleton kineshia for everything they do! many thanks for the help with the menu and thanks for the red beans and rice.

So place here float...99% of the time they go the line is so ling they just drive. I like popeyes huh, because there are the same usual flavors. their sides are always so delicious. I never had a problem when I finally got off.

I went to this location around 8pm. The service was not horrible which is why I'm giving 2 stars. The reason for such a low rate is that we found a bug in the red beans and rice. Update: I attempted to call 4 different times to speak to a manager. The third call was answered and hung up automatically. I tried back the 4th time and received no answer. Unacceptable when I am the one with a bug in my food.

I dined in at the Lexington location 12/14/22 , food was good , service was good overall 8.5/10 , but I couldn’t help but over hear the way one of the managers was talking to the employees. it was little disturbing and had me questioning because employees should be treated like customers considering how nice and hardworking they seemed to be. I didn’t get the managers exact name but she was a dark-skin African American female who went by the name kay or something similar to that. If I was an employee I would’ve considered finding a new job the way she talked to them . Overall the employees gave me great customer service and I enjoyed my visit .
