I thought the food was good. Had a party of 7 adults and 3 kids. Everyone seemed to enjoy it except my 11 year old nephew. He said he thought his chicken tenders were tough and tasteless and seemed stale to him. My fish plate was excellent. My sister-in-law got the chicken tips and said they were very good. The only negative was the painfully slow service. I 'd hate to venture a guess on how long it took to get our food, but I could have drove to the Tennessee River and caught my catfish, brought it back, skinned and fileted them and fried them in the time it took to get ours. Half our table didn 't get their silverware until the other half was nearly finished eating. I recommend for the food, but go when it 's not busy or you may need to bring a pillow to nap on while you wait.

Best fish , and I am particular about fish. Great pies also.
