Dunkin' - Lexington

Absolutely rude staff. Went through the drive through and ordered two coffees. Both of which they were out of ingredients to make. We asked them to substitute the missing syrups for whatever the had in stock. The order taker was spaced out and seemed to not care and just wanted us gone, rushing us with no one behind us. Finally we pull up to the window and handed her a $50 bill. Our total was $9 and some change. We were told (rudely) they don’t accept $50 or $100 bills. I explained to her that’s all we had to pay but she still refused to take our money claiming they “don’t have enough change”. So you mean to tell me they don’t have $40 in their registers or in the safe?? I’m sure the corporate office will be glad to hear about this and how they are refusing customers and scaring away businesses do to shear laziness and disrespect. DONT GO HERE! The people are rude and don’t want your money.

There has consistently been at least one thing wrong with my order everytime I've been.You are better off going to Tudor's down the road.

Service very slow, expensive prices, rude employees. It's sad to see Dunkin Dounut restaurants quality get so bad. The prices are absolutely insane for what you get.

Not all Dunkin’ Donuts are the same. Ordered a extra large hot coffee with 6 sugar and cream A wake up wrap sandwich. Bacon. Sandwich was cold and this location apparently does not have a stir stick. I guess they assume they pour the coffee and will mix it up. Little things like that. Make a big difference except for the Coke sandwich. Anyways, I tried to stir the coffee and will it got no better.

Atmosphere isn't important to me. The hot cappuccino was very good and waitress picked out the biggest Boston Cream for me ... what could be better!
