Carter Brothers Barbecue & Ribs

I’ve always had a great experience at this homey sit down restaurant. I always eat their hot dogs which I’d say are #2 in High Point after the Dog House. Their breakfast may be terrible for your health like all American style breakfast food is, but man is it as tasty as dessert. (They are no longer in business)

BBQ was barely warm but good. Husband said his cheeseburger was barely warm. He did not eat all of it. Hot food is very important in my opinion. Since there were no more than 4 tables with people in the restaurant, I expected better quality food. Made a special trip to go to Carter Bros. Will rethink that next time.

The drive thru is my friend! I’m new to the area and this location was recommended trust they do not disappoint unless you don’t like the drink... When I tell you my food is always hot and the barbecue sandwiches are filled and not dry or wet it sends you into a food heaven . If I wasn’t trying to get my figure right I’d eat here everyday. The menu ranges from almost anything you could think of whether it’s barbecue, ribs, or even spaghetti. It’s all worth it the prices are reasonable.

Might be the biggest and best fried tenderloin biscuit around. Dont forget to drench it in their house bbq sauce! They have killer desserts too, if you have a sweet tooth. It was difficult to resist the fritter this morning....

Home-like Restaurant with great service. This restaurant is a must visit destination if you crave some classic smoked bbq and a home-like atmosphere. The service was great. The staff was very friendly and sure to get your order right. The food was served quickly which is a plus. The food on the other hand was lack luster. The potion size of my bbq sandwich was small and so was the portion of fries, it took me about 6 minutes to eat all of it. The food in general was warm but not hot as you would expect. The fries were soft and the bbq tasted really good. I just ask that they cook it for longer so I comes out warm. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy food and family.
