Red Lobster - Lewisville

We went on a Monday for a team bd lunch and it seemed like it closed bc lights were out and hardly cars in the game. But it was opened, we sat immediately, but the server was not friendly or customer oriented. One person asked for a refill and she took off before someone else asked. She made three separate trips. But the food was good.

Zero stars if we have zero decent service, zero atmosphere, zero cleanliness and only one whole thing about what the hedge happened with Red Lobster? Or at least this one? A week ago we dined there, after some time, not to go to a Red Lobster, really look forward to some of our favorites. The restaurant was almost empty when we sat from a corner window. Besides garbage on the floor. (Our waitress often walked away from these garbage pieces and never bothered to stop them and pick them up. The waitress was less than congenial. Maybe she didn't smile much because she was missing a front tooth, I don't know. Dental work can be expensive, but we have worked in this business before and would not be people (or ourselves) to meet the public in this situation. However, the poor woman could not help, but she could help her service what did not exist. After our order, she disappeared for a long time before she brought our drinks out of water and iced tea and then disappeared for a longer time to bring our soup and salad. My spouse discovered why we waited so long as he went to the toilet room: she sat in her back and had her own dinner. After all, our food came. My shrimp scampi and scallops (these were tiny baby scallops, should have been noticed somewhere; I would have been satisfied with just a few normal scallops instead of a dozen miniscule chickpea size scallops were floating in a melted butter substance. I was very pleased with the new management and how they run the guest service. I had a problem with my order and it was polite and promptly supervised. Please give your servers and bartenders a break, most businesses are short staff and do their best to our coveted food from habits:

Absolutely ridiculous. When we first came in, we were barely recognized and the place was not busy at all. When the waiter finally came, we ordered drinks and food. The drinks were good when about 15 min later the bread without salad. The waiter rushed off before we can say something. An hour in this Fiasko finally comes out our food and still no salad I have addressed so he said he would get it, good. When we started eating everything, it was cold as if it was sitting there for a while and no one broke it out. That was at this point when we got up and stayed safe to say that we will never return to this place soon.
