La Madeleine - Lewisville

I ordered the cranberry and Pecan wild field salad with salmon. It was between $11-12 for the whole thing. The size of a side salad was different everywhere. I ate it and needed something to eat. I always went to La Madeline, but another place. I am not willing to waste more money to find out whether it is a location problem or a company problem. At the high price for a lot of nothing, we had to wait forever for the order and it was not even complete as I had to go back and ask the salmon to forget to put on the salad! Even with the pandemic that started 2 years ago, I did not have this terrible experience with any restaurant. This location would be better with another restaurant in the room.

I often came to this Lewisville, TX location. We moved away recently, but I was back in town for a scheduled appointment. Not only was my strawberry spring salad very disappointing with chicken, so was the interior of the restaurant. I came in to make an order, and if I had gone in to eat, I would have turned around and migrated out. It looked like a garbage truck took his truck. Very dirty! Many empty tables have still stacked with dirty dishes. The bakery shelves were left almost with nothing but crumbs (at least wipe out the crumbs and clean them for good). I should have turned around and walked out, but I just drove 4 hours and I was hungry. Please clean it up or close it.

The manager who was Fort in the evening of 1/19/22 deserves a Purple Heart and a wage increase. Apparently, at 6:30 p.m., he was the only employee in the premises. Although it was only reduced for delivery without support, it processed a rather large order perfectly. LaMadela's basics Caesar salad, tomatoes basil soup, and sandwiches were turned around in 20 minutes and the quality was virtually impossible to distinguish under normal circumstances.

We ordered breakfast for dinner as going out, and our omelet with an extra egg and twice the vegetables was delicious! The staff was very friendly and worked hard with a positive attitude. I am not sure whether it was the website or the user, but the process to select Omelette ingredients was not clear. Be careful not to order every ingredient twice as I may have done!

Always excellent for the 30 years I have patronized their many locations. The food is fresh the service is quick. The prices are reasonable but more than a student budget can afford often.
