Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches

Had a mess up on an order, and was told I would get a free sandwich next time I came. When I came to redeem this offer they told me I would only get a percentage of the original value of my sandwich... This upset me and I almost turn my back on Jimmy John's for life but the manager Seth came through and made everything right Even though he had no idea what was going on because the last person didn't take good notes in the system! Had great customer service! Jimmy if you're reading this give seth a raise!

CALLED 15MIN TILL CLOSE AND THY STILL TOOK ORDER AND DELVIERY. THE LADY THAT PICK UP PHONE VERY PROFESINALL AND HELPFUL. THANKS YOUS I WILL BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN SOON.

The pastrami my personal favorite. Clean friendly and accurate. The smells really are free. Enjoy

Had an amazing experience with the team behind the counter. Our subs were fresh and delicious. We ordered 3 custom meals and they absolutely nailed it. Perfection was achieved and the staff was so polite and happy. Love this store and will be back over and over again. Thanks to the owners and staff for putting together a stellar team.

Freaky fast sandwiches really take about 20 minutes to deliver. Delivery may be running late once in a while but I can still get a good sandwich. If it is running too late then just call the store and they can give you a coupon for a free sandwich.
