J2 Steakhouse - Lewisville

Yesterday, my husband and I went on a double date with our friends at J2 and had a fantastic meal. It was our first time dining there and we had a great experience. We were warmly greeted at the door and immediately noticed the unique blend of historical charm and elegance in the ambiance. The restaurant feels like stepping back in time, with much of the original mill still intact. The presentation of our food was impressive, each dish was beautifully arranged and cooked to perfection, making every bite a delicious treat that you wanted to savor. If you're unsure of what to order, you can't go wrong with their steak, and be sure to try the short rib mac and cheese or lobster orzo for sides. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy a fine dining experience with a uniquely charming atmosphere.

This restaurant undoubtedly serves the best steak in the area. The personal attention from the managers and staff is a delightful touch. The selection of sides is excellent, especially the delicious mushrooms. Wednesday nights offer half price bottles of wine, making it a great deal. Additionally, their Happy Hour is fantastic.

I have enjoyed everything I have eaten at this restaurant in the last two weeks. Tonight, Jim convinced me to try tequila, and it was surprisingly delicious! The fried shrimp appetizer was massive and tasted amazing. Steve ordered the best chicken fried steak I've ever had. I opted for steak medallions and lobster risotto, which were also delicious. I am looking forward to trying their happy hour specials next week.

This was our second visit, and it’s so good! We LOVE the interior decor keeping that “Old Feed Mill” feel but yet you know you’re in for a special meal the minute you step inside! The cocktails are tasty, we share the 16 oz. rib eye steak and every side we’ve tried so far is fabulous! So far our faves are the garlic mashed potatoes and the green beans! I love how Lewisville’s Old Town is turning out so awesome! My fave spot with the grandkids is the sweet little splash fountain in the park in front of City Hall!

We came to celebrate my Mom’s 81st Birthday. The food was delicious and the service was incredible. We had the avocado fries, very good. I had the falafel burger, loved it. My Mom had the filet and it was melt in your mouth. Thank you we will be back.
