Dunkin' - Lewisville

Visited this Dunkin Donuts today to grab our all time favourite, Frosted Chocolate Donuts, and Cup of Coffee.The place was not at all busy, with just 2 Customers, who were together, were being attended before me. The place was clean and well organised. The staff were nice professional . Since it is near to my residence, I have been there a lot and the cleanliness of the place and the Customer. Service has always been GR8 !!!!

I drove to these places thru tonight at 6:55, the female workers who took my order was very rude and in poor mood, I asked for a sprinkles donut and she replied with “I just glazed” I then asked if I could get a chocolate and she answered very rudely with “I said I just glazed” so I asked about glazed.

I ordered a big iron cappuccino through the door pocket, and when he came here, it was only halfway filled. I know my thief didn't do it because other people seem to have these problems. I wonder honestly why you think it's okay to use the fact, I can't ask you to remake it or my drink immediately just to make more money. There was no reason why coffee was all I ordered. You really wanted to make more money from ONE COFFEE? Seriously. Do BETTER.

Personal Tussi, but I'm not a fan of a Transmasc guy who clearly measures my Bf and I. In customer service, especially in food service, if you do not know the sex of a customer you use. I am sure that the person on the ride through would not appreciate if I called her a woman if she clearly did not. Only a complaint that comes from a fast food manager of 4 years is the common sense a miracle

The food was good. The staff was pleasant when they finally decided to come to the register and take our order. When sitting and enjoying our purchase we saw that a gentleman came in after a few minutes and went when no one came into the register, but laughing in the back and talking could be heard.
