Burger King - Lewisville

Just wanted to say how I appreciate the hard work the crew at 121 is doing with sometimes having short staff. Thank you to the crew in the morning, always being nice and apologetic when parking cars. Food is always good even though prices have gone up still enjoying my BK experience

Staff knew nothing about national televised promotions, portions were small, pancakes were rubbery, tiny w/ little taste. Staff could have been friendlier. Overall, just not a good experience we have lived in Lewisville since birth 50 years ago. Location gone way down hill lately. Back to Whataburger where we will stay!!! There you get what you pay for your monies worth!!!

They go above and beyond with the customer service here. My son never wants breakfast and always orders lunch at 9 am. They never act like it's a problem and are happy to do it. Plus one young lady here named Allison was amazing, she needs a raise.

We've been here about 3 times since we moved. The first couple of times were good but nothing to write about. This latest time however, they really wow'd us. I ordered my usual double cheeseburger and even after the 10 minutes it took me to get home, it was still HOT!! like burn your mouth hot. That is not a complaint, they really made our food fresh and even though service is a tad slower that what'd you get at Mcdonalds, the quality, even for their value items was above and beyond.

The young lady that worked the drive thru this morning had such an enlighting personality
