I strongly suggest to visit the bathroom since you have to cross their back room and a giant warehouse full of interesting junk. Lewiston has a long way to go before it is hip and cool, but I have seen a lot of cool stuff happening there, new places open and close...but it's ok. People are trying to revamp it. That's all it counts.
Excellent local brewery, great trivia night on Wednesdays and they host other local events almost weekly. They were even open during a blizzard. I highly recommend trying the triple cream.
Delicious beer crafted with care by individuals dedicated to ensuring your enjoyment.
This downtown Lewiston restaurant is a unique little spot that describes itself as a nanobrewery, smaller than a microbrewery. The atmosphere has a coffee shop feel with a touch of hipster style. I tried a flight of beers along with a canned beer. Beer 1, Picea, is a nitro stout with hints of spruce and a touch of licorice. Beer 2, MF Beer, is a Vienna Farmhouse Ale that is smooth with hints of a sour ale. Beer 3, Pink Pils, is a Bohemian Pilsner with beet juice, offering a complex flavor that I found intriguing. Beer 4, Double Cream, is a bourbon-mashed cream ale that pushes the edge of my tolerance for IBUs. Beer 5, Stillis, is a sour session ale that is true to its sour flavor. This place is a must-visit for beer enthusiasts, offering a selection that rivals some of the best craft breweries in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I highly recommend checking it out, and I may even come back for a second round. As a local who now lives in a craft beer Mecca, it's exciting to see a place like this in my hometown.
Love the Triple Cream bear made from Bourbon mash aged in bourbon barrels.
