The Raj - Lewisham

Ordered food and they gave us a time of delivery, 45 minutes after that the food arrived cold and inedible. When I called the restaurant they were not interested at all. Shy away, there are other restaurants who will deliver hot food and take their customer service seriously!!!

I ordered from here as the Uber eats rating was reasonably high, however it’s not to be ordered from. The best part about my delivery was the brown paper bag. The chicken tikka masala was average and not that hot. The lamb samosa wasn’t great, almost like a frozen one stuck in the microwave, not great quality at all. The rice was ok, nothing special. The onion bahji was horrendous, I’ve never seen anything like it. Yellow in colour and the most awful texture and full of grease. Terrible food on a whole. Sorry but honesty is due.

Ordered a takeaway Indian via Uber eat in 6-10-2020 which was also my birthday after working most of the day I was looking forward to not be cooking, when order arrived it was runny very hard bits of chicken bland in taste very greasy, absolutely disgusting, I ordered x2 chicken buana x1 rogan gosh and mushroom rice , not good at all total of bill was £24.10 , I have complained several times to Uber eat and also to The Raj them selves with No Joy , I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends or coworkers and will not be ordering an Indian again. Terrible experience spoilt my birthday totally Waste of money!!!!

One of the best indian food in sutton delicous food and a very quicky delivery.Highly recommended!!!

Ordered Chicken Madras and Aloo Gobi.. The Chicken was tough, and didn't even resemble Chicken at all ? I was hoping the next piece would be better, but no, I was eating it wishing id made my own. A real shame because, i hadn't had a takeaway for a while, and my usual has gone downhill, so was looking for a new regular. Will have to look elsewhere im afraid.
