Bidrage med feedbackI placed an order through the McDonalds App at the Neasden F branch in London on 25th September 2023. When I picked up my order in my car, I noticed that several items were missing, including ketchup, extra Big Mac Sauce, and extra cheese, contrary to what was written on the box label. I brought this to the attention of a manager, who took the order back to the kitchen and returned with a new Big Mac. However, this new order still did not have the extra cheese as requested. When I tried to point out the mistake, I was met with resistance from the staff, who insisted that the order was correct despite evidence to the contrary. Feeling frustrated and ignored, I decided to leave the restaurant without asking for a refund. I later contacted McDonalds HQ to report the incident and have left the matter in the hands of customer services. This was the first time in 30 years that I have had to make a complaint about McDonalds, and I felt disappointed by the way the situation was handled. I hope for a response from McDonalds UK HQ to address the issues raised in my complaint.
I waited for about half an hour and still didn't receive my complete order. I am extremely disappointed and ended up stress eating. Can anyone help?
Attention to Muslim customers: Please note that the Filet-o-Fish at McDonald's is not considered halal. McDonald's filters and mixes their oil at the end of each day, leading to potential cross contamination. This information is confirmed on their website that McDonald's does not serve halal food.
I visted the Waterloo Station McDonalds on the way back from Oxford Street the other day to pick up a bite to eat, I ordered Quarter Pounder and Fries with Ketchup. I got home and found the fries to be raw and to white and soggy, Not Cooked properly. The Sauce was not Ketchup It was a Curry Sauce which I never asked for, I only noticed it when I got home.. I do remember this Waterloo station McDonalds to be a very busy place in the past. I walked in there Peak Time and only handfull of customers waiting for their order, and the place is Overstaffed with young workers running up to serve you fast like they are crying out for customers!
Wow they rush you to order and then make you queue. Got my order allegedly and found it was wrong on the train. No care about the patrons, just want speed and get everyone moving. Appalling.
