Very well prepared fresh products, original dishes (but not unsettling), serious service (but not cold), a warm setting and excellent value for money. Excellent discovery: a very original cuisine that can revisit some classical associations with more surprising. The dishes mix varied flavors with always a touch of very appreciable spices while keeping a dish accessible to many tastes. The wait between the dishes was a little long but it was worth the candle (a chef in the kitchen): the young woman was doing the service is very pleasant. Very pleasant frame. Good quantities for an E P D menu at 44 euros without drinks. Good value for a restaurant of this level. In short, a very talented chef and a restaurant that deserves his excellent reputation.
