Arise - Lethbridge

It had been years since I had a donut with the perfect texture - not like a pie, but soft and bouncy. This place brought me back to my love for donuts. The baked goods were extremely fresh and delicious. The caramel macchiato was exquisite and the matcha latte was also quite good. While the prices may be a bit higher than other places, I believe it is worth it!

The restaurant is clean and fresh, with two tables inside and a terrace outside (weather permitting). There is no need to declare yourself as vegan in this Lethbridge establishment, as there are plenty of delicious options to choose from. Everything I have tried so far has been amazing! The tiramisu and Boston cream donuts were the best I have ever tasted, even before I switched to a vegan diet. When I ate the Boston cream donut, it was so good that it felt like time stopped for a moment. It's amazing how food can transport you to another dimension. A hidden gem in Lethbridge.
