Very pleasant restaurant. The new owners are adorable. Impeccable and fast service as it should be. Fair price, the dishes are plentiful and very good. Good morning ! Happy settling in to the new manager! Bi I really find it a shame that the board of homemade foie gras in the cupboard has to be replaced by a board of so-called Savoyard pâté : The succulent lamb mouse has disappeared! strange probably for amateurs in the kitchen) Finally, unfortunately, good things come to an end. I still wish the Placard a long life!!! It’s a shame that the new managers don’t take an example from the old bosses who were the best restaurateurs in Valmorel!
