Crêperie La Flambée

Back after 3 years and always the same excellent reception in short the best valmo spot

It is basically the only crêperie dedicated around the whole village. The map offers a wide choice of traditional Breton crêpe cakes based on black wheat (sarrasin) with all kinds of top plate trims. Obviously there are choices for a dessert from a list of sugar crêp. Prices are correct. They have pressure beer and many other drinks. But I would recommend ordering an artisanal cider to accompany your meal. I would give the five stars but the place lacks a particular atmosphere ... Obviously, there are choices for a dessert from a list of crêp sugar . The prices are correct. They have some draft beer and and many other drinks. But I would recommend to order an artisanal cider to accompany your meal. I would give all five stars but the place is missing some special atmosphere...

Superb restaurant! The staff is welcoming and warm, the warm atmosphere. The scenery gives us the impression of being in an altitude refuge. The dishes and desserts are hearty and delicious! There was certainly a little waiting in the evening of the new year, but nothing very abnormal seen the world in the restaurant I recommend!

I waited 30 minutes for a table I booked. Unpleasant staff. No attention to covid rules. I've been to Valmorel for 20 years. The Marmite always had such a good reputation... something wasn't all right here. Maybe they weren't prepared for the New Rush, but even the food wasn't excellent.
