I am not a celiac, but have a rather heavy gluten sensitivy. when I asked the server about the nuts sprudel, he immediately said: “We don’t have our own frit”. he then took the menus and had the cooking brand, the objects were gf as it is, which could be changed and what was not possible. delicious food and cocktails and I wasn't getting sick. definit plans to go back before we go home.
Eating was absolutely delicious! they contacted them before they go there to dinate in which they said they can easily accommodate and customize many menu items gluten-free. the server in the restaurant was very well informed about gluten and cross-contamination. while checking the menu, she talked to the cook to confirm everything she told me. both the server and the chef took care when I ate and wanted to eat well! eating was amazing! will be back! highly recommended!
According to other reviews that mentions how GF-friendly is, I was disappointed that if we called to make a reservation, they specifically said that they could not take an allergy because the kitchen was not gf. due to this inception, I can not recommend it as zöliakie friendly, even if the server was extremely knowledgeable and there were many naturally GF elements on the menu. I have been very sick for. eating is something of the best I had on the island. if they are willing to take the risk, they will definitely try it.
This place isn't exactly an Italian restaurant, but they offer a great variety of delicious food. I don't have celiac disease, but I do have a strong sensitivity to gluten. When I inquired about the Brussels sprouts, the server promptly informed me that they don't have a dedicated fryer. He then took our menus and had the chef indicate which items were naturally gluten-free, which could be modified, and which were not suitable. The food and cocktails were fantastic, and I felt perfectly fine afterwards. I'm definitely planning to return before we head home.
After reading other reviews that praised Kome's gluten-free friendliness, I was disappointed when I called to make a reservation and was told they couldn't accommodate an allergy because the kitchen isn't gluten-free. Because of this stance, I can't recommend it as safe for those with celiac disease, despite the server being very knowledgeable and the menu featuring many naturally gluten-free options. As someone with celiac disease who is highly sensitive, I was pleased to report that I didn't feel sick after enjoying the risotto (which was absolutely amazing) and the Caprese salad (one of the best I've ever had). The food really is among the best I've experienced on the island. If you're willing to take a risk, I would suggest giving it a try.
