Moe's Southwest Grill - Leominster

I ordered takeout online from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food I received was old, dry, and stale. Despite it not being busy and not close to closing time, the quality was disappointing. The rice was hard, the tortilla was hard and dry, and the chicken was chewy. To make matters worse, half of my order was missing and it seemed like they couldn't be bothered to finish it properly. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

I visited the restaurant on Friday, July 14th around 6pm. The two men working at the front were not very friendly and didn't seem interested in helping customers. They were unresponsive, short, and even rude. I don't plan on returning as I don't want to inconvenience them by asking for service or help. It was clear that they didn't want to be there and this was also noticed by other customers. It's unfortunate to see such poor customer service.

The portion sizes at this restaurant can be inconsistent. We were disappointed to pay over $14 for salads that had less food than a Burger King salad. However, there are other times when the portion sizes are more in line with what you would expect from a $14 salad. Overall, the food quality is excellent, receiving a rating of 5 out of 5.

It's a serve yourself type of place, so tips, though there's jar out an option to tip if your paying by credit card why? Except for the very first time I went there, I've been woefully disappointed with the steak taco. The meat is over done, tough, chewy, dry in some ways, Salty. They'll put on as much toppings as you like lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cheese, sauces, etc. Next time I go back, IF I go back, I'll try the grilled chicken. They also have ground beef other choices. Maybe it was just the specific staff working last night, but make sure you don’t go in 17 minutes before closing unless you want a large side of attitude : as someone who works in the food service industry and has for many years, it’s rude and unnecessary, it was 8:43 and we were out of there in 5 mins, that’s how little time it took to help us. I’m a server and sometimes have to wait on tables after we’re closed, so i’m aware, but they acted like we had walked in at 8:59PM. The woman working was nice, just her though.
