Four of us ate here today. Been past the pub so often but never stopped. We have been missing out! 3 roast dinners and a huge pie all much better than any others we have had recently. Good size portions,(huge! very tasty and decent gravy. Staff were really friendly without being pushy , and the whole experience was so good. Pub was clean tidy and felt so welcoming we hope to be back soon. Thank you all. Price per person: £20–30

Had no plans to stop here but were hungry. What a find! Really friendly and attentive staff and welcoming locals. We both had Lamb Shanks from the specials board and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We live miles away but would happily eat anything from the extensive menu which was well priced in today's climate. Dog friendly and onsite parking. Price per person: £10–20

I was visiting Norwich from Reading and pop in for something to eat. Wow is all I can say, amazing food. I was stuffed. Staff were so lovely. Will definitely be going back while in Norwich. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
